Description
Everwarder is a 2D tower defense game that brings together features. You must protect a crystal from waves of enemies while uncovering the world around you. Build your defenses gather artifacts level up your units and progress through the upgrade tree to handle the growing difficulty. The game mixes tower defense, roguelite progression, exploration and strategy. Your goal is to keep a crystal safe.
Inside the crystal is your captured friend. Darkness is closing in. You must stop it from reaching the crystal. The world, in Everwarder is made randomly each time. It’s mostly dark with light. Moving into areas is risky. The shadows can pull out creatures. These creatures want to destroy the crystal.. You must stop them at all costs.

Story
Everwarder takes place in a world that is created randomly each time and covered in a growing darkness. In the middle of this journey is a crystal that holds your friend who is trapped and you have to keep it safe from scary creatures that show up whenever the dark areas are disturbed. As the darkness gets bigger your job becomes an desperate fight to stay alive while finding ways to get stronger and stop the big danger coming closer.
On every trip you go through the area discover old buildings and big treasures gather useful things and learn new abilities. Every battle brings dangers as enemies get tougher so you have to always change how you play. Your friends future depends on your ability to keep the crystal safe and survive the never-ending dark.
